Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No. Hats, polos, and jackets have no minimum order — we'll embroider one piece or a thousand.

How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 working days after you approve the proof. Rush service is available — ask when you request your quote.

What file format should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) digitize cleanest. A high-res JPG (300 DPI+) also works — we'll tell you if there's a problem before you pay anything.

Do I pay the digitizing fee every time I reorder?
No — one-time fee. Your file is saved and reused free on every future order, unless you significantly change the design.

How long does embroidery last?
15–20 years with normal care — the most durable of the three methods we offer.

Can I bring my own garments?
Yes. You just pay for digitizing (first time only) and the embroidery process.
